I work with a wide range of clients - from active individuals and athletes seeking performance support, to those managing persistent muscular pain from work or daily life.
My approach is assessment-led and tailored to the individual. Rather than delivering a routine treatment, I take time to understand the underlying cause of symptoms and develop a targeted treatment plan designed to improve movement, reduce discomfort and support long-term recovery.
My focus is always on:
Thorough consultation
Targeted, evidence-informed treatment
Clear explanation of findings
Practical aftercare advice
Supporting long-term improvement
Whether you are recovering from injury, managing ongoing tension, or seeking specialist pregnancy massage, treatment is delivered in a calm, professional environment.

Specialist Expertise in Hydrotherm Pregnancy Massage
I am one of a small number of qualified Hydrotherm practitioners in Somerset. As a Hydrotherm Level 3 Trainer (Senior Trainer), I have advanced training in delivering safe, supportive pregnancy massage using this specialist system.
Hydrotherm technology allows clients to remain fully supported and comfortable throughout treatment, making it particularly suitable during pregnancy.
In addition to the Hydrotherm system, I use a variety of techniques including stretch work (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), fascia release and joint mobilisation.
